What areas do you service?

We are a local company based out of St Thomas Ontario, but service a much larger area. Our most popular service areas for residential exterior pressure washing services are St Thomas, Aylmer, London, Tillsonburg and local small towns. For large commercial services such as large scale oil removal or commercial property cleaning, large equipment cleaning, and commercial hood vent cleaning we travel 1-2 hours outside of St Thomas throughout Southwestern Ontario (up to areas around Sarnia, Chatham, Grand Bend, Stratford, Kitchener/Waterloo, Oakville, etc) with possibility of additional travel charges.

What surfaces can you pressure wash?

We safely clean a wide range of surfaces including concrete driveways, sidewalks, decks, patios, fences, siding, brick, roofs, windows, and even commercial storefronts. If you’re unsure about your surface, we’ll inspect it and recommend the safest cleaning method.

Do you use chemicals, and are they safe for plants and pets?

Yes, we use eco-friendly soaps that are safe for your plants, pets, and family. The other chemicals we use we dilute enough that are safe working levels, we also rinse thoroughly to ensure there’s no residue left behind.

How long does a job take?

Most residential jobs can be completed in a few hours, while larger commercial projects may take a day or more. If you are wanting something cleaned and sealed/stained, then there will be a required number of drying days in between. We’ll give you a clear timeline after assessing your property.

Absolutely. Soft washing uses low pressure and specialized solutions to safely clean delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, roofs, wood, and stucco without causing damage. We can change the amount of pressure based on the job we are doing.

We recommend removing any personal items from the areas we’ll be cleaning to ensure safety and prevent damage. For larger items, we can guide you on what needs to be moved. If your driveway is being cleaned and sealed, then you will need to park elsewhere for at least 1 week.
